GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Two sets of attested photocopies of all the educational documents ( Metric, Fsc. MB8S, PM DC Experience), testimonials, experience certificate, PMDC/PMC experience certificate, domicile two photographs, CNIC and valid registration from PMDC/PMC be submitted and must reach the office of the undersigned.
2. Credit will be given for original research work published in a standard medical journal and for teaching experience in a recognized institution
3. If the candidate has any research publications to his/ her credit, a copy of each of such publications should be attached with the application provided that the article has been published in a journal recognized by PM DC/PMC.
4. Research Papers: only those relevant Original Articles that have been published In book form on or before the closing date shall be considered. Review articles, case studies/reports, translations, briefs, papers presented in conferences, editorials, etc. shall not be admissible as published research papers.
5. However, online published research work in a recognized journal shall be accepted. The journals) should be duly indexed by PMC/PMDC/PubMed/lndexMcd*cus/ExccrptaMcdica/Embrasc. Recognition list of such journal(s) shall also be required.
6. PMDC/PMC registration is valid on the closing date for receipt of applications will be accepted. If expired, applying proof for renewal on or before the dosing date Is required.
7. The candidate must possess a domicile certificate of any district of the Province of Punjab and a
   copy of the same must be submitted with the application.
8. Five years general age relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD circular letter No. SOR-KS&GAD>9*36/81 dated 21.0S.2012 Is applicable for males and eight years old in case of females.
9. Employees already serving should apply through the proper channel from their respective departments along with NOC.
10. Experience certificate along with appointment letter (s) in respect of a contract, current charge, acting charge, and appointment on an ad-hoc basis, issued by the appointing authority/Mead of Institution/Orgamzabon/Department are required.
11. For private/foreign sector candidates: Forcign/Prtvate experience shall only be considered if the same is recognized and issued by PMDC/PMC.
12. those who have been removed/ dismissed from government service cannot apply.
13. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be considered and they will be rejected without any intimation.
14. Only shortlisted candidates will be Interviewed.
15. All the candidates should bring their original certificates/ documents and research papers at the time of the interview.
16. No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
17. The number of posts may vary at per discretion of the competent authority.
