75 National Top Talent Scholarships Programme for Pakistani Students (MS & PhD Scholarships) On the auspicious occasion of National Celebrations of 75th Independence Anniversary of Pakistan, the Government of Pakistan announces 40 PhD and 35 MS scholarships tor Pakistani and Azad Kashmir nationals to study in the world’s 25 top-ranked universities QS or Times Higher Education (THE) Rankings only.

75 National Top Talent Scholarships Programme for Pakistani Students (MS & PhD) Scholarships

Eligibility:

(a) Applicant must be a Pakistani/Azad Kashmir national
(b) Con firmed/Unconditional Admission/Enrolmcnt any of the world’s 25 top-ranked universities (QS/THE) in selected subjects
(c) Candidates must have a minimum qualification:

For US Scholarships BS/BE Master’s or equivalent to 16 years of education in relevant fields of study. For Pre Scholarships: MS/MPhil/ME or equivalent to IB years of education in relevant fields of study.

(d) Maximum one T* Division throughout the academe career prior to the final degree.
e) Candidates must hove a minimum CGPA Id out of 0 & 3.75 out of 50 in the semester system or 1st Division (In the annual system) In termmal degree
(f) Maximum age on the dosing date

(i)40 years for Full-time regular faculty members of public sector universities/degree awarding institutions/colleges and employees of the
public sector organizations

(ii) 35 years for all others

(g) Must not be availing any other scholarship

How to Apply
(a) Applicants are required to submit an application through HEC port www.eportaLhec.gov.pk
(b) Application processing fee is Rs 700′ . Fee can be deposited in Account Number 042-79001334-01

(c) Please do not send a printed copy of the online application form Only selected candidates will be advised to provide printed copy of the online an application form along with required documents.

(a) Scholarships can be awarded on the first-com to first served base.
(b) Candidates are required to fulfil the requirement of host university to secure the admission which may include international ORE. TOEFL etc. They are advised to appear in These tests
(c) Conditional admission/enrolment will not be considered
(d) In case any information found misrepresented/ incorrect at any stage, the application process will be terminated
(e) Awardee will have to execute a bond with HEC to serve for a period of three years (for MS scholarship) and tore years (lor PhD scholarship) immediately after completion of his/her studies. Candidates are advised to check all details of this
scholarship programme before filling/submitting online application form. Request tor amendment will not be entertained after submission of online application.
