National Database and Registration Authority Online Application to investigate the assets of the citizens
ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) will introduce the online application to investigate the assets of the citizens. Nadra officials said that online app has been introduced for assets inquiry, details of tax collectors can also be viewed online, the website is in Urdu and English languages, from the National ID card or the FBR number.
Nadra authorities said that every person will be able to view their own data through online app and cannot see any other person’s data; he will pay Rs. 5,000 to check the information.
Chairman FBR Shabbar Zaidi said that the purpose of the website is to look at the details of the tax collectors, the nadra will only give information, it is our job to collect tax, which will be the information of the organization. Shabbir Zaidi said that people who think of enhancing the history of the Tax Amnesty Scheme are incorrect, the scheme will not increase the date of 30th June, our goal is not to harass anyone, the basis of data will not be issued, the issuance notice will not be issued from the banks. The details of account holders were asked, the tax is collected when the government has the data, we do not want to deal with the account holders, and the bank itself deals with our account holders.
FBR’s Tax Profiling System is a service offered by the Government of Pakistan to facilitate its citizens in understanding their responsibilities towards payment of taxes. FBR Tax Profiling System allows the citizens to view their profile created by correlating their data from multiple data sources of assets, expenses and life styles available with Government of Pakistan. Non-tax filers are especially encouraged to view their tax profiles and become part of the tax system.
