The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has launched an application for registering complaints of electricity consumers. National Electric Power Regulatory Authority has Prepared mobile application named “Nepra Asaan Approach” for electricity consumers, the authority will launch the mobile application for the convenience of consumers.
Nepra has come up with another step for the convenience of electricity consumers. Consumers will be able to submit their complaints through Nepra Mobile App. Nepra Mobile App will be available for download im Pakistan. Nepra Mobile App will highlight the faults of any distribution company cable. Nepra will review the consumer’s complaint and take immediate action, Nepra will also keep the consumer informed about the action.
NEPRA Asaan Approach is the app for electricity consumer where they can submit complain of electricity issue and they can also track their complain by their tracking id which is generated when they submit an application. According to the proportion of complaints, action will also be taken against the officials of the electricity companies.

The app will enable users to lodge complaints about electricity issues in the shortest possible time.From power outages to over-billing complaints can be lodged.
