Muharram ul Haram 1445 Hijri Moon Sighting in Pakistan

Quetta: Maulana Abdul Khabeer, chairman of Ruyat Hilal Committee, has announced that the moon of Muharram 1445 Hijri has not been seen anywhere in the country. The main meeting of Rawit Hilal Committee was held in Quetta under the chairmanship of Maulana Abdul Khabir, in which the members of Ministry of Science and Technology and SPARCO participated.

The moon of Muharram 1445 Hijri has not been seen anywhere in the country, so the 1st of Muharram will be on Thursday, July 20, while Ashura Day will be on Saturday, July 29.

Earlier, meetings of zonal committees were also held in different areas including Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar and there too no evidence of moon sighting was received. The moon will rise on July 17 at 11:32 PM and most parts of the country are likely to be covered with clouds during the moon sighting.
