The supply of passports will be started to 28,000 official Hajj pilgrims. The last date for submission of biometric passports to banks is February 26. Urgent passports will be made in the next 3 days, passports will be provided to the pilgrims at their residences.

Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony invites applications from the Government officers / officials (BPS 07 to BPS 18) for performing of Welfare duties as Moavineen-e-Hujjaj in different areas (Accommodation, Transport, Food etc.) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) during Hajj 2024 through National Testing Service – Pakistan (NTS).

Eligibility Criteria:

Selection shall be made on the basis of quota of various provinces and regions. Officers / officials possessing the requisite qualification, age. experience and domicile of the respective Provinces and Regions are eligible to apply.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

i. The applicants shall be assessed through NTS written and Physical / endurance tests. Physical/ endurance test will be held for shortlisted candidates only. The test will comprise of 5 km running / jogging for Police. Rescue 1122. ANF & ASF personnel and 5 km Jogging / Brisk walk for others.
ii. Departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) should be obtained well in time and shall be provided by the candidate as communicated on official website of the Ministry www.mora.gov.pk and NTS www.nts.org.pk in due course of time. Failure of doing so will disqualify the candidate.
iii. Regular Government Officers / Officials (BPS 07 to 18) from Federal Government. Provincial Governments. Governments of AJ&K and GB. Federal Police Departments. Provincial Police Departments, AJ&K and GB Police Departments and Rescue 1122 etc. are eligible.
iv. Repeaters shall be selected up to maximum 30% of the advertised strength of Moavineen-e-Hujjaj.
v. Due to special nature of assignments:
(a) 30 % seats of the selected Muavineen-e-Hujjaj will be drawn from police, Rescue 1122, ANF & ASF personnel.
(b) Disabled/handicapped government employees are not eligible
vi. Original documents of the shortlisted candidates will be checked at any stage of selection process and in case of any false or wrong information: the selection of the candidate will be cancelled and may entail disciplinary proceedings
vii. Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony may increase or decrease number of Moavineen in line with Hajj Policy/ Saudi Taalimaat. This Ministry can cancel the selection process at any stage without assigning any reason thereof
viii. No TA / DA will be admissible to the candidates during selection process.

ii. The candidates shall submit Hard copy of duly online filled application form along with photocopies of required documents as applicable to NTS Headquarters (M/0 RA & IH Project). Plot #96, Street # 04. Sector H-8/1. Islamabad within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. Specimen forms can be downloaded from NTS and MORA & IH website.
iii. Shortlisted candidates will submit requisite documents in original as and when asked by M/o RA & IH.

Important note for the Candidates:

This note is uploaded for the convenience of candidates who appeared for the NTS Test for Moavineen-e-Hujjaj. Shortlisting of candidates have been made on the basis of category and quota wise total number of seats available against any position.

Candidates’ merit have been calculated according to the marks secured by each individual in his/her relevant quota and category (Province, Repeater, Fresh, Forces, Civilian etc.) according to the number of seats available.

As a result, a candidate may have been shortlisted with lesser marks in one province/quota than another candidate in the same category who attained more marks in another province/quota but was not shortlisted. Test Date: Sunday 3rd March, 2024.
