People are expressing their devotion to the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) in every city with rallies and processions being planned and taken out.
Streets, localities and houses are being decorated to mark the festivities in connection with the birthday of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). The processions and public gatherings are being organized to commemorate the advent of Allah’s beloved (PBUH) in this world. Twin cities’ markets are bustling with buyers purchasing green flags and badges.
Rawalpindi’s localities and streets are glowing with lights of different colors. The city’s different areas have been adorned with decorative lights. Scores of vendors are supplying commemorative flags, buntings, badges and stickers relevant to the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi. During the day, stalls and camps set up by various organisations could be seen all over the city, while catering to the demands of the enthusiastic people.
