Institute of Space Technology (1ST) invites applications for Faculty positions of Prolessors. Associate Professors. Assistant Professors. Lecturers and Lab positions of Lab Engineers / Associates on contract basis on Tenure Track System (TTS). ISTs Faculty Pay Scales (FPS) & Federal Government’s Basic Pay Scales (BPS) in specializations I fields relevant to the following departments for Islamabad campus.

Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering	Avionics Engineering
Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering	Mechanical Engineering
Materials Science & Engineering Space Science	Mathematics & Statistics Humanities

Candidates must visit ISTs official website www.lst.edu.pk for further details regarding eligibiity criteria and application guidelines. Candidates are required to apply online on IST’s web portal only, which can be accessed through the link:
Induct lon.lst.edu.pk. Hard copies of Applications through couriers will not be accepted
Eligibility criteria on Tenure Track are available on HEC’s website: www.hec.gov.pk.
Candidates for HEC’s TTS are required to submit both the HEC’s Tenure Track Form and ISTs Faculty
Application Form.
ISTs Faculty Pay Scales (FPS) are for ex-government officiate only. However, ex-government officials can apply for both, HEC’s TTS and IST’s FPS as per their eligibility.
Candidates having MS.’M Phil degrees (eighteen years of education) will be considered for the posts of Lecturers on BPS-18 (Contract). Candidates having BSBE degrees (sixteen years of education) will be considered for the lab posts of Lab Engineers / Associates on BPS-17 (Contract). In case of foreign qualifications I degrees, submission of equivalence certificates from HEC and Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) e mandatory. TA’DA will not be admissible for appearing in the interview / presentation. IST will keep accepting applications until the positions are filled.
