The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released a new Test player rankings, according to which Pakistani captain Babar Azam remains at the fourth position in the batsmen.According to the new rankings, England’s Joe Root remains number one, Australia’s Marin Luboshen is number two and Steve Smith is number three. In the rankings, India’s Reshbh Pant made it to the top 10 for the first time and moved up to fifth, while New Zealand’s Ken Williamson slipped one place to sixth.
Johnny Bairstow, who scored a century in both innings of the Edgbaston Test against India, also joined the top 10 players in the rankings, rising eleven places to tenth and India’s Rohit Sharma slipped one place to ninth. ۔ Australia’s Usman Khawaja is seventh and Sri Lanka’s Dimuth Kronartne is eighth.
Australia captain Pat Cummins remains at number one, followed by India’s Ravi Chandran Ashwin at number two, Jaspreet Bumrah at number three and Pakistan’s Shaheen Shah Afridi at number four. England’s James Anderson, who took six wickets in the Edgbaston Test, moved up one place to sixth.

New Zealand’s Devon Conway was fourth and Indian captain Virat Kohli was fifth. In bowling, South Africa’s Tabriz Shamsi is first, Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan is second and Australia’s Ashton Agar is third. There is no Pakistani player in the top ten bowlers, while Afghanistan’s Muhammad Nabi is number one in the all-rounders.

Aaron Finch is third and Lokesh Rahul is fourth in the T20I batsmen’s rankings, while other batsmen include Colin Monroe, Glenn Maxwell, Hazrat Zazai, Avon Lewis, Virat Kohli, and Avon Morgan in the top ten respectively.
Among bowlers, South African spinner Tabriz Shamsi has moved up three places to the second-best position in his career after Rashid Khan, while no Pakistani bowler is in the top ten.
New Zealand captain Kane Williamson remains at number one, followed by Steve Smith at number two, Marinus Lubshin at number three, Jorot at number four, Virat Kohli at number five, Babar Azam at number six, and Henry Knuckles at number seven. David Warner has moved up to the eighth position, followed by Chatishore Pujara to the tenth position after a two-step drop.
