The Saudi government has explained the procedure for women to obtain a Hajj permit without Muharram. Saudi women who want to perform Hajj without Muharram can contact the Civil Affairs Department under the Saudi Ministry of Interior.

Applicants can also go to the ‘Apply Online Section’ on the Ministry’s website and provide their information to get the permit. However, non-Saudi women will have to contact the passport department. Permits will be issued to these women from May 5. However, the permit will be given only to those women who have been vaccinated against Corona and have a certificate.
