PIA Hajj Flight Schedule 2023 Pakistan to Saudi Arabia

The post-Hajj operation of national airline PIA has started on Sunday afternoon. After the Hajj operation, the first PIA flight carrying pilgrims departed from Jeddah and reached Lahore, while another flight reached Karachi shortly after. Post-Hajj operations of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will continue till August 2. The first flight under PIA’s post-Hajj operation landed at Lahore Airport today at 03:37 PM. On the other hand, PIA flight PK 832 from Jeddah reached Karachi Airport at 04:00 pm. PIA will transport 61467 pilgrims from Saudi Arabia to Pakistan through 268 flights.

41,000 government scheme pilgrims and 19,000 private scheme pilgrims will come to Pakistan on PIA flights. PIA’s pre-Hajj operation started from May 21 and continued till June 22. PIA will transport pilgrims from Saudi Arabia to Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot and Peshawar airports. Pilgrims will also be brought to Sukkur, Rahim Yar Khan and Quetta airports.

Flight Schedule for Hajj 2023

Out of 268 flights, 249 flights departed on time or shortly before time while only 19 flights were delayed due to various reasons in the entire Hajj operation. PIA’s post-Hajj operation will start from July 2 and will continue till August 2.

This year, more than 9,000 pilgrims from different districts of Balochistan went to Saudi Arabia to enjoy Hajj.

PIA Airline started Hajj operation for the return of pilgrims of Balochistan, under which two flights reached Quetta from Saudi Arabia. Under the PIA Hajj operation, the process of returning pilgrims from Balochistan who went to Saudi Arabia to perform the duty has started. In this regard, 302 pilgrims reached Quetta International Airport from Jeddah today under 2 flights PK6002 and PK6004 of the national airline. The return of pilgrims will continue till July 30 through PIA operation.
