The Sindh Education Foundation, the provincial government, has taken all the expenses of boarding the Najyan School Narayan Jagannath High School (NJV High School) adopted under the adoption policy of the Akhwat Foundation on behalf of its own expenditure foundation. The projects will be completed under the “Sindh School Education Scholarship Program”.

The funding for this scholarship will be donated by the state-owned institution, but in connection with the selection of students for the scholarship, the Student Achievement Foundation will take on the Education Foundation at this stage

Applications are invited from meritorious students (residents of Sindh) currently studying in the Schools being run by the School Education & Literacy Department, GoS, and intend to complete their post-primary education from quality Public Sector Educational Institutions. The Scholarships are being offered for the academic year 2024-25 under the third phase of the Sindh.
Applicants are requested to read the details carefully in the Advertisements/Application Form and apply accordingly.

Applications are invited from meritorious students currently studying in Grade V of the schools being run by the School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh, and intend to complete their post-primary education from quality Public Sector educational institutions. The scholarships are being offered for the academic year 2024-25 under the SSESP managed by the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), Government of Sindh.
Completely Filled in Registration Form duly endorsed by the concerned School Head along with Fee Challan; Attested GR by concerned Head Teacher, B-form along with 04 passport size photographs (recent) and the original Bank Deposit slip must be submitted in hard form at the PSG, Karachi (Baqai Medical University Chourangi, main Gadap Road, Karachi).

According to the advertisement, the Government of Sindh Education Foundation is receiving a refund of Rs. 500 in the form of a bank challan for the entry fee of Rs. 500 along with requests from the poor students of the public school for the school run by the private institution.

The matter is not limited to collecting a fee of Rs 500 from poor students studying in public schools in the backward areas of Sindh, but according to the advertisement, the fee will be deposited in the account named ‘Akhwat NJV Operational Fund’. It is known that the Sindh Education Foundation will fund the scholarship Ardrky pays money to qualify students will receive private institutions just knowledge or their parents will not take back.

Sindh government will tolerate advertisement of NZV school boarding, however, he defended the advertisement in this regard, saying that the boarding started at the NJV school run by the Akhwat Foundation. Salient Features of the Scholarship Program:

  1. The Scholarship will finance education from Grade 6 to Grade 12 as under:
  2. cost of tuition, transport, uniform, learning material in case of day scholars, and
  3. cost of tuition, transport, uniform, learning, and boarding & lodging in case of boarding students.

This is an opportunity for interested candidates in all the districts of Sindh except Karachi, which has been facing serious concerns and has strongly criticized the Sindh Education Foundation for depriving poor students living in the suburbs of Karachi. However, the Chairman of the Sindh Education Foundation is concerned that the students of Karachi do not need boarding, but we are giving a separate advertisement for Karachi.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

  1. The student must be a Grade 5 (bona fide) student of SE&LD School (Govt. School) and must have studied in the Govt. School for at least the last three academic years.
  2. GR Number and Photocopy of the GR Page attested by the concerned Head Teacher required with the Registration Form.
  1. Student’s Form-B (indicating that the student is a resident of Sindh) or Father’s domicile is required with the registration form.

Registration Procedure:

  1. The Registration Form (for the Entry Test) and challan are available at Sindh Education Foundation’s website (www.sef.org.pk).
  • Filled-in Registration Form along with Fee Challan; Attested GR number; and B-form is to be submitted.
  • Entry Test Fee amounting to Rs. 600/- is to be paid through challan in favor of the concerned Institution’s Bank Account as given below (in accordance with student (s) residence).

The Entry Test:

  1. The Entry Test shall comprise of MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) and SRQs (Short Response Questions) type question.
  1. Subjects include; English, Maths, and Language (Sindhi / Urdu). The sample test paper is at (www.sef.org.pk)
  2. The Applicants will be sent a Slip-on applicant’s address and also Date, Venue & Roll Number will be communicated through SMS on the given mobile number in the registration form.

For students from ninth to twelfth grade, Sindh Education Foundation head Qazi Kabir took the issue further, saying that boarding at an NJV school costs a child about $ 15,000, which includes tracksuits, school shoes, uniforms. Other essential items are included in addition to the monthly expenditure but he says that at present, it cannot say how much money has been placed on scholarship, the second time boarding has started.
