Online admission applications are invited from Nationals (Punjab, Pakistan) and Foreign Nationals for the academic year 2024 Spring Semester (Morning and Replica)

How to apply online Admission

The applicant can apply through online application submission system at the GCUF website: http://gcuf.edu.pk/admission alongwith a challan of Rs 700/- as admission processing fee and Rs. 500/- for admission test (where applicable). The details for eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions for different degree programs are available on University website.

Note

A. In pursuance of the directions of the Government of the Punjab 1% seats (01 seat) reserved for disable persons in each program. However; the candidates should meet minimum eligibility criteria to apply
B. Candidates applying for Reserved Seats (Gilgit/Baltistan/Baluchistan/Ex-Fata/ Shuhda of Armed Forces/Police/Employees of GCUF/Minorities) will must apply through online admission system within due date and will secure admission on provision of nomination from respective Authorities
C. In pursuance of the directions of NCHR Act of 2012 2% Education Quota for religious minorities is reserved for each program (Morning)
D. SSC/HSSC certificate must be verified from IBCC within 1st semester of admission of Spring semester 2024
E. Admission will be granted strictly on merit i.e on the basis of the marks obtained in FA/FSc/I.Com/ICS A Level examination or equivalent in 1st annual 2022, 2nd annual 2022 and 1st annual 2023 for morning and replica programs. For admission in MS/M.Phil departmental test or GAT/NTS test with minimum 60% marks and for LLM GAT General/departmental admission test is mandatory. Law GAT is not acceptable.

For admission in Ph.D program departmental subject test/GRE subject test or HAT Scholarship test with minimum 70% marks is mandatory. Candidates working in the Government / Semi Government or private Institutions shall have to submit “No Objection Certificate” from the concerned organizations before applying for admission in M.Phil and Ph.D
