ETEA Medical and Dental Colleges Entrance Test Result 2023

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) will declare the result of the Entrance test for Medical and Dental Colleges Admission on the ETEA official Website www.etea.edu.pk.

Eligibility Criteria
It is suggested to allow students with 65% marks to appear in the Medical Entry test. Although last year students with a minimum of 70% marks were allowed to appear in MDCAT. The Balochistan government had objected that the number of students in Balochistan who scored 70% in Interscience was very low. In view of this objection of Balochistan, 65% in FSc pre-medical has been made compulsory for students aspiring for admission in medical colleges across the country this year.

There are two hundred questions in the ETTEA Entrance test 2023 and two hundred marks are allowed in the examination.No Negative Marking each question carries one marks. The time duration to attempt the paper was 150 minutes (2 hrs 30 minutes). Center will be allocated on First Come First Serve basis Subject to the Max. Limit. Last date for Center Selection is 18th August 2023 (5:00 PM).

MDCAT 2023 Passing Marks
Also, a minimum of 33% marks is set as passing marks for MDCAT. Students scoring less than 33% marks in the entrance test will not be admitted to medical colleges. In this regard, a meeting was also held under the chairmanship of the Provincial Secretary Health regarding admissions in medical colleges of Sindh in which the heads of all government and non-government medical colleges of the province including Dow University, Jinnah Sindh Medical University participated.

Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is an educational entity established in November 1998, by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It is supervised by a Board of Governors, headed by the Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
