CSS 2020 Registration Guidelines Online Apply Methods
Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) Islamabad has started the online registration procedure for the Central Superior Service CSS exam 2020. Applications can be submitted online on the FPSC web site www.fpsc.gov.pk from 1st October to 31st October 2019. Applicants have to submit the hard copy of the application form along with compulsory documents to FPSC headquarters on or before November 11, 2019.

CSS Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limits: 21- 30 Years.
EDUCATION: 2nd Division or Grade “C” Bachelor’s degree of Pakistani or of a foreign University recognized by Higher Education Commission, Islamabad.
DOMICILE. All Pakistan

The application fee of competitive examination is Rs.2200. If a candidate wants to recheck his/her paper, the rechecking fee per paper is Rs.200. The candidates have to submit dues to the Federal Commission Service Commission. There are only three chances for candidates to appear in the CSS examination.
How to apply for CSS 2020:
The process of online application submission has Five steps which are as follows: –
Step 01: Registration of the applicant (Once)
Open FPSC’s website (www.fpsc.gov.pk)
Click on the “Apply Online” link.
Select “Competitive Examination (CSS) – 2020”
Select “New User” option
candidates MUST enter the following information in the relevant box
a. Full Name: Candidate’s full name as per Matric certificate.
b. Login: By which a candidate would like to be registered. (Only Alphabets, Numbers are accepted). Pl, remember your login
c. Password: Minimum of 6 characters. (Case Sensitive)
d. Confirm Password: Same as Password field
e. Email Address: active E-mail address of the candidate. (Must be a valid sequence of emails e.g. email@example.com)
f. Computerized NIC: Computerized National Identity Card No. of a candidate. (Enter without dashes),
g. Verification Code: As displayed immediately above the box. (e.g. 66496)
Select the “Submit” button.
Step 02: Create/Edit Profile of the applicant on the system
Select “Create/Update Profile” or “My Profile” option.
Select the “Profile” button to create a profile.
Enter/ Select relevant information and Select “Save” button
Step 03: Applying Online
Select/Browse your photograph having a maximum size of 30kb. Select the “Upload” option
Enter/Select relevant information pertaining to qualification one by one starting from the highest/qualification that makes you eligible for the examination. “R”/”M”/”F” entries should be selected as per instruction only against the qualification that makes you eligible. Select “Save” to save
Enter experience(s) exactly in the manner you entered your qualification
Enter any extracurricular activities one by one
Enter information about your father and mother
select “Apply for CSS” option
First, choose the Optional Subjects
Provide rest of information in the remaining fields as: –
a. Treasury number: Original treasury Receipt number. (If you have not submitted your fee yet, then you can apply later after submitting the fee and follow the steps from stage 3 onwards. You do not need to register or create your profile again)
b. Amount: Rs. 2200/-
c. Bank and Branch Name: National Bank of Pakistan
d. Bank Branch District: Name of Bank Branch District where a fee is deposited
e. Bank Branch Code: Bank branch code where the fee is deposited
f. Receipt Date: Date of deposit of fee in bank/treasury.
g. Test Centre: Select Test Centre (City) from the list, where you like to appear for the examination
Select “Confirm and Apply” option
Select the “OK” button to complete the process.
Step 04: Printing of computer-generated pre-filled form
Select “Application History” to Print the online form.
Step 05: Dispatch of computer-generated pre-filled form
A checklist of the pre-filled application form needs to be checked/filled by the candidate.
Put your signatures on the computer-generated form
Print out of the duly filled Online Form
CSS-2020 Online Apply For Registration. The first examination of the candidate will be mandatory in the CSS exams. The candidate will be able to pass the CSS test only after the success of the screen test. The candidate will also be asked if he wants to go to the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), PSP, Postal, Railway, Military, and Landkuntment, he has to choose the Administrative Service. If you want to go to Audit Financial Services then you have to choose IRS, Customs, Audit, International Relations. After which the candidate will prepare for the examination and participate in this field.
Any officer must spend part of the service in Gilgit-Baltistan and Balochistan. Whoever enrolls in it, the officer will not go to his province and will spend five years in another province before going to grade 19.
Through tenor posting, the federal minister will review the officer’s performance for six months, after which it will be changed. Officers’ promotions will be subject to special training.
Attach the following documents that are essentially required by FPSC:
• Original Bank Treasury Receipt,
• Recent 04 Passport Size Photographs
• Attested Copy of CNIC
• Attested copy of Matriculation Certificate showing a date of birth. Provisional Certificate/ Result Card/ Marks Sheet is not acceptable
• Attested copy of the Intermediate Certificate. Provisional Certificate/ Result Card/ Marks Sheet is not acceptable
• Attested copy of Degree(s)
• Attested copy of self Domicile Certificate
• Certificate for Buddhist and Scheduled Caste Candidates
• Certificate for Provincial/ Federal Tribal Areas candidates and those belonging to Gilgit-Baltistan
• Certificate from Kashmir Affairs Division for Azad Kashmir Nationals
• Certificate for Minorities
• Departmental Permission Certificate for Government Servants.
• In case of Ex-Employees of Armed Forces of Pakistan No Objection Certificate from the relevant authority
• In the case of Disabled candidates, certificate of disability from the competent authority
• Any other document required vides Rules/ Application Form/ Press Advertisement for CSS-2020
