Applications are invited on the prescribed admission Form available at College of Medical Technology, P1MS, G-8/3 Islamabad for the following courses:

ADMISSIONS NOTICE FOR SESSION 2023-2025 F.Sc MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY GROUP

THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA.

Candidate’s matric in Science including Biology, Physics & Chemistry with 50% marks in Science subjects. Those students who are awaiting SSC annual examination 2023 result may also apply along with the submission of “Hope” Certificate from their institutes /schools. However the candidate will submit matric result declared by the concerned board, within three (03) days, otherwise application will be rejected for admission. Fresh matric candidates will be preferred. The age limit 20 years on 25-08-2023. Male, female and transgender can apply.

Admission will be based on matric marks, interview & quota policy. Further candidates who have passed F.A / F.Sc will not be eligible for admission. Quota for disabled candidates is applicable as per policy. Declaration of disability at the time of documents submission is mandatory. Government employees can apply through proper channel, advance application will be entertained but NOC must be provided up to 09-09-2023. Candidates once selected for a course / discipline will not be transferred to another discipline. Domicile certificate of student is mandatory at the time of submission of application “Form” for admission, otherwise application will not be entertained.

List of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on CMT notice board on 06-09-2023 and it will be the responsibility of candidate to check the list. The short listed candidate will appear before admission Committee for interview on 11-09-2023 at 10:00 AM (Serial No. 1 to 03 & 12-09-2023 Serial No. 4 to
6. No. TA/DA is admissible for interview.

APPLICATION FORMS:

Acceptable on prescribed “Form” available at CMT, P1MS @ Rs. 700/- per prospectus. Last date of receiving application in CMT, PIMS is 25-08-2023. Candidate should read the eligibility criteria before purchasing the “Form” (Form once purchased cannot be returned). No.F.5-20/(Admin.2023-2025)/CMT/PIMS College of Medical Technology Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, Islamabad.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED. (All Documents must be attested).

Attested copy of matric marksheet, domicile, CNIC/ B Form and CNIC father / guardian. Fresh two passport sizes photograph (01 attested on the back of photographs). Original Migration Certificate (NOC) is mandatory for the students after admission in college. Pay slip / service card for PIMS quota applicant.

NOTE:

Admission “Form” will be issued on production of Mark Sheet of SSC. Incomplete application will not be entertained. Hostel facility will be provided subject to availability of space and in accordance with hostel allotment policy. Strict action will be taken against forged documents. In case students want to apply in more than one course separate “form” for each course is mandatory. In case of more than one form clear preference of course should be mentioned priority.
