Interested TSPs can Register on PSDF’s Portal Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan, established in 2010 os o not-for-profit company set up by the Government of Punjab (GoPb) in collaboration with Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). Interested TSP’s and Registered on PSDF’s Portal.
