Quetta: The caretaker government of Balochistan has announced an extension in the closing hours of the Green Bus service, after which the facility will be available to passengers till 08:00 pm. The provincial administration of Balochistan has launched the inter-city Green Bus Service in the provincial capital to provide quality transport services to citizens. For the first time in Quetta, green bus service has officially started. In the pilot project, 8 buses will run on different routes of the city, citizens are happy to be provided with cheap and better travel facilities.

The provincial capital of Balochistan has been increased the fare of government transport green bus In Quetta. The green bus fare has been increased by Rs 10, increasing the green bus fare from Rs 30 to Rs 40.

In the pilot project, eight buses will provide affordable and improved travel facilities to the citizens of Quetta. The Airport Road, Zarghoon Road, Sariab Road, and Balochistan University are just a few of the routes that the Green Buses will go on while they are in operation across the city. Greenbus is extending the evening hours of the bus service by one hour, now the bus service will run until 08:00 pm instead of 07:00 pm.

Balochistan Green Bus Service Quetta Route, Fare & Stops

Green bus service will start in Quetta from today, eight buses will be operated in Quetta in the first phase. Air-conditioned green buses will be run from Balochistan University to Baleli, 18 bus stops have been scheduled on this route. The bus fare is fixed at Rs 30, the bus has separate seats for women and senior citizens.

The 30 passenger air-conditioned buses will have special seating areas for women and those with disabilities. Routes including Sariab, Qambrani Road, Sabzal Road, and Nawa Killi would be added to the service.
