Fully Funded Oman Undergraduate Scholarships 2025 for Pakistani Students

Oman has announced fully funded undergraduate scholarships under the Omani Programme for Cultural and Scientific Cooperation, offering Pakistani students an excellent opportunity to pursue bachelor’s degrees in top private universities across Oman.

Fields of Study

The scholarships cover a variety of fields, including:

• Engineering

• Humanities

• Information Technology

• Sciences (excluding Medicine)

Scholarship Benefits

Selected students will receive:

• Full tuition fee waiver

• Monthly stipend: OMR 200 (without accommodation) or OMR 140 (with free housing)

• One round-trip air ticket per academic year

• Choice of up to three universities and two academic majors

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Pakistani nationality

• Academic qualification: Intermediate (Grade 12) completed within the last three years

• Medical fitness

• Equivalency Certificate from Oman’s Ministry of Education

Required Documents

Applicants need to prepare the following documents in English:

• Valid passport

• Academic certificates

• Omani equivalency certificate

• Proof of English proficiency (if available)
