University Of Sargodha  Regular & Self Finance Admission Notice 2015-16

The University Of Sargodha Commencement of Classes 12.10.2015 Commencement of Classes 14.10.2015 Sports Trials for candidates seeking admission on Sports Basis shall be conduced on October 01-02,2015 Entry Test (only for MS/MPhil/MSc(Hons)/PhD etc programs) will be conducted in the respective Department/College/lnstitute on 01.10.2015 and 02.10.2015 (10:00 am) at main campus and sub-campuses respectively.

The candidates of UOS will have to deposit Rs. 400/- in the respective Department / College / Institute as test fee. No separate intimation will be given in this regard. This admission schedule is also applicable to public sector Sub- Campuses (Mianwali and Bhakkar). Nominations from relevant agencies / departments / provincial ministries / GHQ against reserved seats must reach in the relevant Department/College/lnstitute of the University on or before September 30,2015.

University Of Sargodha UOS admission 2015 2016

Prospectus along with admission forms of all degree programs can be had on payment of Rs. 500/- from the Habib Bank Limited University of Sargodha branch. Prospectus along with admission forms can also be downloaded from the University website. Applicant must attach a bank draft/ pay order/postal order of Rs. 500/- with downloaded form. Candidates seeking admission against reserved seats for “Sports” or “Co-Curricular Activities” are required to submit separate Admission Form.

Application forms duly filled in along with photocopies of educational certificates/degrees be submitted to the respective Department / College. Forms received after due date shall not be entertained. However, at the time of admission the candidates will be required to submit their original documents to the Department/College/lnstitute, otherwise admission will not be granted.

For further queries contact the Chairperson/Principal of relevant Department/College. Result card downloaded from website is also acceptable along with admission form. However, official result card must be provided at the time of confirmation of admission. Start of class in all disciplines will be subject to the class size. All admissions shall be provisional subject to authentication by the relevant department as per prescribed procedure.
