Sarabjit Singh’s family arrives in Pakistan
LAHORE: Indian spy Sarabjit Singh’s family members have arrived in Pakistan through the Wagah border today.
Sarabjit Singh’s wife, sister and two daughters were granted special visa for visiting Pakistan to enquire about the health of the Indian spy grievously injured in a fight with the fellow prisoners in Kot Lakhpat jail and battling for life since yesterday in Jinnah Hospital here, sources said.
Foreign office spokesman said that the family members were granted special visa and allowed to visit Pakistan for enquiring about the health of Sarabjit now in Jinnah Hospital in critical condition.
Upon her arrival in Pakistan, the wife of Sarabjit Singh requested Pakistani authorities to release her husband.
