Sachin Tendulkar the Master Blaster of World Cricketing history and Indian star batsman has announced retirement from the cricketing world declaring the 2nd test match to be played in opposition to the West Indies from November 14th to 18th in Mumbai at the Wankhede Stadium.

Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar more famous as Suchin Tendulkar is an existing celebrity and one of the most astounding right handed stroke batsmen in the history of cricket who was born on the 24th of April, 1973 in the city of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. His designators are Tendlya, Little Master and Master Blaster. On the other hand his preface seems to be a very appealing approach for the fans of cricket if they are unfamiliar with this big name in cricket, but there are aspects which are poles apart of this legend’s life associated for cricket mainly which are vital to argue in this piece of writing lacking which his portfolio seems to be imperfect. A very down to earth’s individuality and one of the richest and the most high-priced and esteemed cricketers of today’s time has never faced controversies or other profile distorting effects on his life and he has faced many challenges in his way towards a success story. Hardships form and out of form have always been a part of a player’s life and similarly Sachin also has been through all these troublesome stages at different times of his career.

Little Master Sachin started playing cricket from the age of eleven and played for team India when he was just sixteen years old in his test debut against Pakistan in Pakistan, Karachi from November 15th to 20th in the year 1989. Coming in as a number 6 batsman, Sachin scored the first runs of his professional career from his bat in this debut and played a short inning of just 15 runs in 24 balls, which included 2 boundaries and then he was bowled by a superb delivery by Waqar Younis and then did not get a chance to bat in the second innings. Since then there was no looking back for him and he has been known as one of the most complete run maker of this era, and has created records which will be the biggest challenges of the players of this current century. His batting has always been worth seeing as he has always been playing with precision and perfect angular and text book shots and is the specialist of hard hitting and has always been a target for the world class bowlers from all over the world.

Sachin’s first ever ODI match also began with the all time rivals, Pakistan and that too in Pakistan in the ground Municipal Stadium, Gujranwala on the 18th of December, 1989 and just as the first test, he also failed to play a good inning and was again taken out by Waqar Younis for a duck from two balls. His first impression as a player wasn’t a soothing impression for his fans. But gradually and by the passage of time, he came out as one of the world’s best players in the history of cricket, by improving his strokes and methods of playing and by developing a habit of staying on the wickets for a long time and soon he was the center of focus for the cricket selectors in India and entered the limelight as the star batsman of the Indian Cricket Team and there was no chance for the selectors that they would drop him out of the team.

In the year 2002, Wisden Cricketers’ Almanak (A book published every year in the United Kingdom and which is known as the Bible of Cricket) and in the year 2013, in October, Sachin entered the Wisden Cricketers’ Almanak and became the first Indian Cricketer to get his name in the all time Test World XI and made history on the 150th anniversary of this Wisden Cricketers’ Almanak and which described Tendulkar in the following way:-

The worlds second greatest test batsman after Sir Don Bradman and

The second greatest One day International (ODI) Batsman after Sir Vivian Richards.

This reward is all just due to his hard work and due to his strive to succeed which could be seen in his eyes as a sparkling shine. So we can see in specific how much importance and influence this masterpiece has in the world of cricket and how is it that the world sees and respects him.

Cricket Team India along with the BOD’s and the chief selectors have been quite eventful in devising a grand party in the tribute of the world’s biggest batsman explicitly Sachin Tendulkar, who has announced his retirement and has said farewell to this game of gentlemen on his 200th test match which is to be the second test match against the West Indies in his home ground in Mumbai. Sachin is one of the most illustrious names in this part of the world with his die heart fans expressing sheer grief over his abrupt proclamation of saying bye bye to the sport. Sachin’s retirement from the gentleman’s game has marked large cracks and un-healable marks in the hearts of the fans of cricket from all over the world and has created a gap which will remain unfilled till the game remains.

Sachin always had a dream to have his own house for living and spending a sophisticated life and his dream was fulfilled in the year 2011 on the 28th of September and got his posh house in the posh area of 19 – A, Perry Cross Road, Bandra, Mumbai. This house cost him 80 Crore Indian Rupees and he was very eager to move to his house from the day he purchased it. This house is spread over the area of 9000 feet and is a pre-independence Parsi villa house which was bought in 2007 at the price of 39 crores. Little Master Sachin has quoted many things on different occasions. Some of them are listed below

Beating Pakistan is always special because they are a tough team and we have a bit of a history regarding Pakistan. (Sachin Tendulkar)

I feel when somebody has been playing cricket for a long time, he creates a separate identity for himself. (Sachin Tendulkar)

I never played with a runner in my entire life, even in schools, because only I know where the ball is going and how hard, when I hit the ball, something my runner will never know about. (Sachin Tendulkar)

If one man is representing India in cricket, then yes, blame that person when things go wrong. (Sachin Tendulkar)

I have never tried to compare myself to anyone else. (Sachin Tendulkar)

I always had a dream to play for India but I never let it put pressure on me. (Sachin Tendulkar)

Sachin has always been very much concerned about his family and has never let off their expectations. Sachin’s father’s name was Ramesh Tendulkar and his siblings are a sister Savitai Tendulkar and two brothers Nitin Tendulkar and Ajit Tendulkar. Little Master’s wife Anjali Tendulkar with daughter Sarah and son Arjun are the ones who he loves the most and spends all his spare and leisure time with them whenever he gets into a spare space of time.

Sachin was a God gifted player and I always memorize the moment when during a match in Sharjah in almost one and a half decade back, he was named as (6+4 dulkar) by the supporter from the crowd. (6+4) referring to the 6’s and 4’s in the cricketing terms as for boundaries totalling a ten. Consequently it was named as (6+4) Ten Dulkar. This showed that this high competence player had cricket in his name.
