Eligibility Criteria
Salaried Individuals
Self-Employed Business Persons/ Professionals
Nationality
Pakistani (Resident & Non Resident Pakistani)
Pakistani (resident)
Age criteria:
For the main applicant and co-borrower, whose income is being clubbed.
Minimum age at the time of loan application should be 25 years. Maximum age at the time of loan maturity should be 60 years
Minimum age at the time of loan application should be 30 years. Maximum age at the time of loan maturity should be 65 years
Length of Employment
Permanent employees Minimum 5 year experience; 6 months experience with confirmed employment status in the current job
Minimum 5 year experience in personal business

Documents Required
Documents required for processing of HBL HomeLoan application may include but not limited to:
a. Salaried Individuals
CNIC copy
Passport size photographs x 2
Letter from employer
Salary slips or attested salary certificate for last 3 months
Bank statement for last 12 months
Copies of property documents

b. Self-Employed Business persons/Professionals
CNIC copy
2 passport size photographs
Proof of Occupation:
Proprietorship Certificate
Registered Partnership Deed
Articles & Memorandum of Association with latest Form A & 29
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in case of Professional
Bank Statement for last 12 months
NTN / Tax Returns
Copies of property documents

Schedule of Bank Charges
Application processing charges=PKR 10,000 (non-refundable)
Early settlement charges=10% of principal settled 5% after 50% tenure has lapsed
Partial payment charges=10% of principal settled 5% after 50% tenure has lapsed
Late payment charges=PKR 1,000 (for each late payment)
Property evaluation fee=PKR 3500 for each valuation
Legal fee=PKR 10,000
FED/Sales Tax to be recovered wherever applicable.
