AIOU B.Ed result of Spring 2023 semester has announced on 7th March and all other programs till 14 March 2024.
AIOU B.ed Semester Autumn Result 2024 Check with Roll Number
Allama Iqbal Open University has sent Provisional Certificates (Compilers) to the students who have completed Matriculation, F.A, and BA programs in the spring semester 2023 through registry mail at their addresses. Have also been provided. If a student has not received the Provisional Certificate mailed by the University, they can download their Certificate from the University’s website. Note that the certificate (compiler) downloaded from the website will be accepted for admission in the next program.
The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has introduced credit and non-credit courses at the university level on “Practical Learning, Internship and other thematic studies including General Education” and introduced this new framework as an “undergraduate policy”.

Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad is the first Open University in Asia of its own type which is providing private and regular classes in all faculties. It is a unique institute in Pakistan due to its working system approach functions organization overall structure and education facilities. The Allama Iqbal open university Islamabad immense network of regional centers extends all over the country even though distant areas are serving its students all over Pakistan and also in the Middle East as well with standard education.
According to the policy, the categories of undergraduate degrees consist of three components, the first part will be general education, the second will be related to discipline and the third will be practical learning. Courses in the broader disciplines (Arts and Humanities, National Science and Social Sciences) must be taken, as well as Pakistan Studies and Islamic Studies courses on language skills and socialization knowledge. The part will consist of 39 credit hours with a total of 13 courses to be taught.
According to the policy, these 13 courses of 39 credit hours of general education must be done in a minimum of three and a maximum of four semesters. If a student fails to pass these courses in the first four semesters, he will not be promoted in the next fifth semester. The university will be obliged to sign an academic advisor to guide the student.
